At this time, we are in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Until this status is officially granted, donations made to our organization are not currently eligible for tax exemption.
We are diligently working to complete the necessary steps to obtain our tax-exempt status as quickly as possible. Once approved, any donations made during this interim period may be eligible for retroactive tax exemption, subject to IRS regulations.
As we navigate the establishment of our non-profit status, securing funds is imperative to successfully launch our organization. Our inaugural company premiere is scheduled for July 27th, and we are actively seeking financial support to facilitate the entirety of this project. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to cover all associated expenses with establishing our non-profit and our company premiere.
